- The genesis of Haitian Creole phonology
- Haitian Creole: comparison with its source languages, 17-18th Century French
and Gbe languages (West-African languages of the Kwa family); its genesis;
its formation in the perspective of second language acquisition by adult speakers.
- Fongbe: tonal phonology; lexical semantics, morphology.
- St-Lucian: morphology, lexicon, development of new terminology, description
of the language.
- Derivational morphology.
- Lexical semantics: the lexico-conceptual representation of verbs and of predicates;
aspectual properties of predicates; the interface with syntax and derivational
morphology.
