Registration - Now Open!

The registration fee for the 2004 NAVSA conference includes all conference materials, lecture and workshop sessions, opening reception, three continental breakfasts (on Friday, Saturday and Sunday), refreshment breaks, and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Conference participants must be members of the VSAO or NAVSA. Please visit the VSAO and NAVSA web site for details.


Pre-registration for the Conference is now closed (as of noon, October 27, 2004)

Registration fees are based on your professional status and membership in NAVSA/VSAO.

Registration Fees:

  • $95 CAD (Regular Fee) - NB: A $25 late registration fee will be added after September 28th.
  • $45 CAD (Student Fee)

To Register:

1) Please ensure that you are a member of the VSAO or NAVSA.
2) Please complete the on-line conference registration form
3) Select a payment option:

    • by Credit Card -- Visa or MasterCard. Enter your credit card information on the secure conference registration form for immediate processing.
    • by Cheque*-- made payable to the University of Toronto. If you wish to pay by cheque please fill out the on-line conference registration form, select "cheque" as your payment option, and mail your cheque to:

Cancellation of Registration:

Registration fees will be fully refunded up to September 15, 2004. Cancellations after September 15th will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. A banquet will be held for all NAVSA delegates. The meal will be followed by an evening of entertainment. The cost for the banquet ($35) is included as an optional fee on your registration form.
